Puree 1 quarter of avocado, stirring in 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon honey. Spread on to clean face for 10 minutes. Remove with warm water, tone and moisturise.

This mask is prodigious for all skin types and will certainly exfoliate and improve your skin over time. Strawberries are great for revivifying, purifying pores and are a natural antioxidant. Honey is nourishing and antibacterial as well, whereas Greek yogurt contains lactic acid that will help soften dead skin and naturally exfoliate. Blend 3 strawberries and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, add 1 container of individual size Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons of honey, then blend all together. Spread on to clean skin, leave on for 10 minutes and remove with warm cloth. This invigorating face mask is a wonderful way to wake up the skin. This mask can be done before an important event, as it gets your skin looking healthy and glowing in no time. It can be as simple as stirring Matcha with water to make a last minute, on-the-go, natural face mask. If you’re at home, feel free to play around and add in all the ingredients listed further, or even some manuka honey. Combine one teaspoon of Matcha and one teaspoon of chlorella in a small bowl, then add just enough water or aloe vera gel to create a paste. Apply a thin layer to the face and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Rinse off and pat dry. Your skin will thank you.

Nourishing And Soothing Honey Homemade Face Mask

Honey has natural anti-bacterial properties and it makes a wonderful base for acne-fighting face masks. Nutritional yeast is also a prodigious bad skin combatant, as it’s rich in B-vitamins that help rebalance the skin. This mask is nutritious, and healing and can efficiently help with breakouts and redness. Brew 1 cup of chamomile tea with two tea bags and let it cool totally. Stirring together one tablespoon of Manuka or raw honey and one teaspoon of nutritional yeast, add just enough chamomile tea to make a paste that is still dense enough to spread on your face. Apply a thin layer and let it sit for 15 minutes. Rinse off and pat dry. Your skin will feel nourished and refreshed.
