It’s tasty, but not healthy. And it won’t help you lose weight.

It’s a good idea to eat a healthy, protein-packed breakfast that keeps you going until lunch. If you argue that you never have enough time to prepare and eat breakfast, it might be worth it to wake up a bit earlier.

Cut Back On Sugar

Think you can get away with sneaking sugar into your diet even if you’re trying to lose weight? Think it won’t cause too much damage? Think again.

Sugar is all bad. It literally doesn’t have any redeeming qualities. It gets your insulin worked up into such a state that you have too much of it.

You need lowered insulin. Why? Because when insulin is low, fat is able to break free from its chains so that your body burns it.

Moreover, sugar is basically empty calories. Your body stores it away to use another day. But when that other day doesn’t come, it turns it into fat.
