And we can’t forget beta-carotene! To make this face mask, you’ll need 2 teaspoons of pumpkin puree, ½ teaspoon of honey, and a ½ teaspoon of milk. Mix all of these ingredients together, then apply to your face. Rinse after 20 minutes, using warm water. Use two to three nights per week.

Citrus and Egg Skin Whitening Treatment

We know, we know. It seems like we’re just pulling things out of our fridge at this point. But this mask does a fantastic job of lightening your skin. Citric acid, found in the lemon and grapefruit juice, naturally cleanses and bleaches the skin, while also tightening your pores. To start, you’ll need 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon of grapefruit juice, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 2 teaspoons of sour cream (the regular fat kind, not fat-free). Beat the egg white in a bowl until it’s fluffy. Then, take the sour cream and mix the grapefruit and lemon juice with it. Add to the egg white and mix. Apply to your face, then leave for 15 minutes before rinsing with warm water. Do this three times a week, at night.
